Réservation et annulation
Pour toute réservation effectuée directement auprès de nous, vous pouvez annuler au moins 30 jours avant la date d’arrivée et obtenir un remboursement de 100 %.
Pour une annulation entre 29 et 15 jours avant l’arrivée (inclus), un remboursement de 50 % sera accordé.
Pour toute annulation à moins de 15 jours de l’arrivée, aucun remboursement ne peut être effectué.
